HOCHELAGA-MAISONNEUVE WORKING TO SAVE FEDERAL HOMELESSNESS STRATEGY

MONTREAL — The representatives for Hochelaga-Maisonneuve are working together to support organizations fighting against homelessness and are standing up against the Conservatives’ reform of the Homelessness Partnering Strategy (HPS).
Official Opposition Housing Critic Marjolaine Boutin-Sweet (Hochelaga), MNA Carole Poirier and the Mayor of Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve Réal Ménard will be holding a press conference Monday morning to illustrate the many approaches to be taken in the fight against homelessness.
Community organization representatives will also be on hand.
